Once we have received and confirmed your order, we will send a notification via email. Once we have successfully notified you, we will ship the placed order within 1-2 working days.

Moreover, we would like to state that the precise delivery time depends strictly on the area in which you reside. Our UK customers can expect the delivery of their package within the span of 3 to 4 working days. However, the package may take 7 working days to reach our EU customers. Although we strive to ensure that you get your medication as soon as possible, it is vital to note that we will not be held liable for delays in delivery time that may occur due to unforeseeable circumstances considered to be beyond our control. Instances of such cases include postal delays such as strikes, delays due to public holidays, and more.

Our Primary Shipping Methods

Our primary shipping method consists of the first class signed for delivery when it comes to delivery for our clients in the UK. Similarly, we rely on a trustworthy signed for airmail delivery to the EU residents. Once we receive your order, we will notify you for confirmation, and the order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after approval.

On average, a package reaches our UK customers within 3 days. Similarly, the precedent for EU customers is 7 working days. However, as mentioned above, delays may occur with larger orders or due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email and order processing for delivery. However, under any circumstances, if you do not receive a confirmation email, you are advised to reach out to customer care as soon as possible.

The delivery time may vary depending on the time of the year. If you place an order during vacation, it may take longer than usual to be shipped out and delivered.
