We will offer a refund immediately if the ordered medicine is deemed incorrect by the online doctor or the on-site pharmacist. All refunds made by the company are credited through the use of the initial payment method. The refund process can take 5 to 7 working days. The exact timeframe may vary depending on the supplier of your card.
According to the law, our company is unable to accept any types of returns concerning any medicine as it is strictly forbidden to reuse medication – once it has left the premises of the company. Returned medicine from any entity is required to be disposed off in the advised manner within the span of 30 days.
You are entitled to cancel orders as long as the medication has not left the company premises. However, the returned medicine is to be disposed off by the chemist within 30 days. This rule applies to medications in sealed boxes, too. Due to this law, our enterprise may not be able to agree to refunds.
In the event that you were not able to pick up a missed supply or are having your medicine redelivered to a different address through the use of our messenger services, we will post your medication to the same or alternative address. However, in order to ensure completion of this process, you must return the medicine to us within a 30-day window.
The Distance Selling Regulations, also known as Consumer Protection Regulations 2000, clearly state that under the given conditions, a customer is unable to withdraw their order:
(1) The right to withdraw an order is not applicable if the enterprise decides otherwise. They must renounce the right to revoke the contract by providing official notice of withdrawal in accordance with regulation 10 in deference to agreements.
(a) The right to withdraw an order is not applicable if the supply of merchandise is evidently personalised or which, by cause of the merchandise's nature, is unfit to be returned or is vulnerable to deteriorating in quality or quick expiration.
This means that with respect to this exemption, the customer does not have the right to cancel or revoke an order. Nevertheless, the company strives to provide convenience; thus, in terms of the consideration conducted by the company to these exact terms and conditions, you maintain the right to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been posted or left the premises of the company. In addition to these exemptions, any medication refunded, including unopened boxes, must be disposed of by the company's pharmacists. Considering these circumstances, the company will be unable to issue a refund once the ordered medication has been posted.
If you wish to return your order through post, you are required to bundle them up, in the same manner they were posted to you. The packaging must be appropriate, and you must mention your full name, address, and order number on the package.
If, by any chance, the order you placed has reached improperly, or if it is spoiled or incorrect, you are advised to contact us using the appropriate methods we have mentioned on our website. You must report back to us within 10 days of receiving the goods. Once contacted, we will mutually agree on the appropriate strategy and implement it. The goods will either be reimbursed or substituted.
According to the Consumer Rights Act of 2015, you are entitled to a fiscal return on goods damaged during shipping. However, the fiscal return is only valid for 30 days of the individual obtaining the goods. Once you have sent the damaged goods back, we will issue a refund.
Although we do not take medicine of any kind that you believe to be ineffective, however, if you have any reason to believe that any ordered medication that you received from us was spoiled, then you are welcome to get in contact with our customer care staff. We will investigate your case, and you may receive a refund if the goods are damaged in some manner or another.
